ADMINISTRATIVE, MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING

  • ACS led the Engagement & Inclusion Recruitment Program across 125 manufacturing plants. Within 12 months, we saw a 25% increase in underrepresented hires, improved retention rates among hourly employees, and a significant shift in plant leaders' commitment to DEI.

  • ACS partnered with my Belongings & Inclusion Manager to launch a pilot inclusion program for technical roles. Our hiring teams adopted more inclusive behaviors, and we saw a 40% increase in diverse candidate representation within the first six months.

  • ACS was responsible for inclusion strategies for the global Power & Gas Division. The initiative created a unified approach to inclusion while allowing local adaptation, increasing engagement scores and DEI participation globally.

FACILITIES SUPPORT SERVICES

  • Supervised and coordinated the activities of the team towards achieving production goals safely for the newly constructed pharmaceutical plant. Responsible for tagging over 6,000 valves and labeling 16 different piping systems throughout the facility for future maintenance.

  • Read project plans, drawings, specifications and blueprints.

  • Oversaw construction site and supervised the use of machinery.

  • Prepare periodic reporting and keep management informed of compliance efforts for mortgage operations.

  • Lead the quality efforts and annual submissions of HMDA data.

​

  • Coordinate the acquisitions and maintenance of NMLS and related licenses.

​

  • Perform compliance monitoring activities, and assist with applicable audits, exams, and investor reviews.

​

  • Managed user accounts, imaged and replaced computers, configured and installed peripherals, multitask across systems and applications, analyzed and resolved a variety of complex technical issues.

  • Maintain websites and applications, including content updates, account administration, debugging & testing.

​

  • Identify current website requirements, and participate in planning and executing, and coordinating work assignments to meet deadlines.
